NO SHOWS
We don’t tolerate NO SHOWS. If you make a booking and don’t show up for your appointment, you will be BANNED from booking on-line. For any future appointments, you will have to pay the full, non-refundable cost of the service in advance.
SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, but you must tell us at least five hours before your appointment time.
EXTRA NAIL ART - WE NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you inform your nail technician you want nail art and you have not selected nail art as an ADD ON to your on-line booking, there will not be enough time allocated to your appointment time to do the extra work. If you’re not sure what to choose or you need a quote for a custom design, please contact us first on 022 503 1833.
LATE ARRIVALS
In the case of late arrivals, if we are booked back-to--back, we may have to reschedule your appointment to another time. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW.
